  3. John McDonnell MP – Labour MP for Hayes and Harlington and national chair of the Labour Representation Committee (LRC) who tweets as @johnmcdonnellMP , details the failure of austerity and the alternative policies for social and economic justice that can win the election for Labour.
  4. All speakers reply to audience questions on local government, privatisation and the NHS, job cuts in the public sector, and Hastings Labour Council’s strict policy of enforcing the compulsory purchase of empty properties as a means of tackling homelessness.
